Boring beer festivals? Not on our watch. We’ve taken the beer festival rulebook, set it on fire and launched it out of a confetti cannon. Craft Brew Festival isn’t like any other beer festival - it’s five hours of full-throttle, all-in, party-mode madness with bottomless craft beer, cider and prosecco. No faff. No overpriced drink tokens. Just pure, unfiltered fun.

We’re a unique touring craft beer festival that’s designed to showcase the breweries we work with in an unpretentious, inclusive, engaging and high-energy environment.

Why should I partner with Craft Brew Festival?

We have an engaged, younger audience 

Unlike other beer festivals that are older male-dominated, we attract a younger, diverse, and engaged crowd that are actively seeking new craft beer experiences and breweries. Our audience demographic is primarily aged 25 - 40, with a gender split of 57% Male and 43% female.

Manageable events, designed for breweries to engage

We cap our festivals to 1,000 to 1,500 attendees per event, this gives breweries a manageable reach and you can personally connect with every person in the room.

We limited the amount of breweries for maximum impact

We cap the number of breweries to 10 to 15 per festival, this ensures you're not diluted with too much choice for the customer.

We don’t make any bull sh*t number or “exposure” claims

Real Exposure, not inflated big numbers – Unlike other festivals that charge huge amounts for pitch fees for “exposure”, we create an intimate setting where attendees can connect with and remember your brewery.

We don’t charge ridiculous pitch fees

That’s right we charge no pitch Fees – The only upfront fee is £50, which covers the cost of your electricity hook up and hire of power cables.

We supply you with free professional marketing assets after every festival

We provide high-quality professional photographs and video content for you to use royalty free post-event

Access to our email database and social media accounts

We’ll actively promote your brewery to our mailing list of 15,000+ engaged subscribers, breweries also have the option to collaborate with us on giveaways, discounts and features pre and post-event via email and our growing social media accounts.

We aim to get you noticed!

We invite local press and media outlets to each festival, we also have great relationships with beer influencers and bloggers, who attend our festivals in exchange for social media and blog posts.

How does it work financially?

There’s zero pitch fees to pay, just a £50 upfront cost for electric. We pay breweries £3 per litre of beer sold. Barrels are weighed before and after each festival and you supply us with an invoice for the beer poured post-event.

To generate extra revenue at the festival we allow you to sell merchandise, takeaway cans and bottles from your pitch. We don’t take any commission on these sales.

What do you ask from Breweries?

Swift payment of the electricity fee, your place is not confirmed until we have received this.

You make your pitch stand out as much as possible, we’re hosting the festival at even bigger venues in 2025, arriving in a brewery t-shirt with a trestle table and two liners isn’t going to make the cut.

Engage with us as much as possible and supply us with your pour list when requested.
