If you can’t find your tickets, you can login to your Fixr account here and download your tickets.

If it’s the day of the event and you can’t access or find your tickets, don’t worry - if you purchased via Fixr, our box office team can locate your tickets on the door.

We can check-in the number of people arriving on our scanners and the rest of the group can arrive when they are ready.

Just let the crew member know how many people to check-in when your ticket is scanned.

We don't check names on tickets, we just scan the QR code on each ticket for faster entry.

If you wish to transfer a ticket to another person, theres no need to request a name change.

Refund Protection is offered at the time of purchase by TicketPlan, If you added on Ticket protection to your order and are unable to attend due to an accident or unexpected illness, you may apply for a refund here.

If you didn’t protect your order with TicketPlan’s Refund Protection as per our terms and conditions of sale we are unable to directly refund or reschedule tickets to another date.

If you wish to sell your tickets we recommend you list them on Twickets, the festivals official ticketing exchange platform.

Our festivals sell out very quickly and if the date is marked as sold out we have reached the venues capacity and have no more tickets available.

Unfortunately, due to limited capacity and tickets including all drinks, we are unable to offer free / discounted carer tickets to Craft Brew Festival.

The festival will feature a diverse range of beers, from hoppy IPAs and rich stouts to sours, saisons and everything in between, all carefully selected to offer a unique and unforgettable tasting experience.

For non-beer drinkers, we will also be serving delicious craft Cider and Prosecco. All included in the ticket price.

We are unable to offer a cheaper ticket for non-alcohol drinkers at the festival.

To cater for those who don't wish to drink alcohol, we have non-alcoholic beer and soft drinks available.

We are currently working with a number of charitable organisations and are unable to commit to any further organisations / fundraising campaigns at this current time.

If an item is found or handed in to us at our events we directly pass the items over to the venues lost property department.
