  • To access your tickets you can use the online ticket finder tool via: https://eventix.io/search.

    Select the payment method you used to purchase the tickets and follow the steps.

    If you still struggle to access your tickets, please contact us below.

  • We don't check names on tickets, we just scan the QR code on each ticket for faster entry.

    If you wish to transfer a ticket to another person, theres no need to request a name change.

  • As per our terms and conditions of sale, tickets are non refundable.

    If you wish to sell your tickets we recommend you list them on Twickets, the festivals official ticketing exchange platform.

  • Our festivals sell out very quickly and if the date is marked as sold out we have reached the venues capacity and have no more tickets available.

  • Unfortunately, due to limited capacity and tickets including all drinks, we are unable to offer free / discounted carer tickets to Craft Brew Festival.

  • The festival will feature a diverse range of beers, from hoppy IPAs and rich stouts to sours, saisons and everything in between, all carefully selected to offer a unique and unforgettable tasting experience.

    For non-beer drinkers, we will also be serving delicious craft Cider and Prosecco. All included in the ticket price.

    We’ll also give you a handy festival programme on entry, that lists everything on offer

  • We are unable to offer a cheaper ticket for non-alcohol drinkers at the festival.

    To cater for those who don't wish to drink alcohol, we have non-alcoholic beer on draft.

  • We are currently working with a number of charitable organisations and are unable to commit to any further organisations / fundraising campaigns at this current time.

  • If an item is found or handed in to us at our events we directly pass the items over to the venues lost property department.

    If you have misplaced an item at our event, please contact the venue directly.
