At Craft Brew Festival, we are committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels safe, respected, and included. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination on any grounds, including but not limited to gender, sexuality, race, religion or belief, social class, health, age, or disability.

Anyone found to be discriminating against others on any grounds will be excluded from the festival.

Customers engaging in conversations that include derogatory, discriminatory, or offensive language - or comments that make others feel uncomfortable, will receive one warning. Continued behaviour of this nature will result in removal from the festival.

We will not stock or promote any products featuring sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or otherwise discriminatory branding.

Our priority is the safety and well-being of all attendees. If at any point you feel unsafe or witness discrimination, please speak to a member of our crew, bar staff, or security team. They will move you to a safe space and ensure your immediate welfare.

Any discriminatory behaviour or comments directed at anyone at Craft Brew Festival will result in immediate removal and may lead to a permanent ban.

We are committed to making Craft Brew Festival as accessible and inclusive as possible. If you identify any areas where we can improve, we welcome your feedback and will do our best to act on it.

If you feel that any member of our crew, staff, or security team has not addressed your concerns appropriately or with sufficient urgency, please ask to speak to management in person at the festival contact us, here.
